Doug Oldham has been a licensed real estate agent since 2004, bringing a wealth of experience and market knowledge to his clients in Brunswick County. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Memphis and a background in retail and restaurant management, Doug developed strong leadership skills and a commitment to customer service that have served him well in real estate. Since moving to Oak Island in 1998, Doug has been dedicated to the local community, working in both restaurant management and recreation before finding his passion in real estate.
Doug's success as a Realtor is rooted in his ability to truly listen to his clients, understand their needs, and provide consistent communication throughout the buying and selling process.
